Mens Large Chelsea 2012 Football Shirt - Rare embroidery & patches

After having a research into this shirt I believe it to be a player issued shirt for Amin Affane who played in the youth football match against Blackburn Rovers in 2012. I have watched the highlights from the game and seen that the players didn't have names on the back, the crest had the embroidery going round the side and respect logo on the sleeve.

Measurements:
Pit to pit : 21"/ 55cm approx.
Length measurement : 29" / 75cm approx.


Condition is used. Some marks that display signs of use but overall remains in good condition. Please see photos to appreciate the condition.
